World to the West is a standalone followup of Teslagrad, the indie hit that sold more than 1. 6 million copies worldwide. A vast world of blue skies and dark caves awaits you in this 3D action adventure, as you try to unveil the mysteries of an ancient prophecy.
World to the West is also available on XBox One.
A good adventure full of puzzles to solve. Ingenious and fun, but not very difficult, World to the West is a good choice for lovers of this kind of games.
Rain Games has no problems transitioning from the 2D-Teslagrad to the three-dimensional areas of World to the West. Puzzle, exploration and fighting are mixed quite well, while there is even a hint of Lost Vikings infused with the four characters that need to work together to reach their respective goals.
It isn't the most original adventure of the year, but the way it switches between genres makes it very recommendable for those looking for a different type of adventure.
Rain Games definitely knows how to make a quality title. If you have any fondness for Zelda, you should really check this out. Even if you don’t happen to enjoy Nintendo’s classic series, World to the West is fun enough to warrant a playthrough from even the sternest of players.
World to the West is a good adventure game with a clever puzzle design, but does not have any gameplay mechanics that you can considerer brilliant or original.
