Once thought lost to the mists of time, fearsome Dragons now soar the skies of Elsweyr, leaving scorched ruin in their wake. In The Elder Scrolls Online: Elsweyr, you must discover the dark purpose behind their rampage in a new epic story and prevent the destruction of the Khajiiti homeland. Take heart, for these scaled monstrosities are not invincible, and with the right planning, tactics, and tools they can be brought to the ground and even killed.
Coordination and skill are key to overcoming the Dragons, but if you succeed, you'll reap rewards not found anywhere else in Nirn. Beware the skies, walker.
There are some definite problems with The Elder Scrolls Online: Elsweyr but overall this is a worthy continuation to one of the best MMO spaces out there right now.
There’s nog big changes in TESO Elsweyr, but it does has a nice little walk in the Khajiits’ homeland. The writing is neat and the characters are great, which will fullfil the lore addicts.
In the end Elsweyr unfortunately errs on the side of more of the same. Even with dragons, a fun new class in the Necromancer, and some great writing found in the side quests and the strange cat-people that make up the land. The main story is mostly a let-down, until it finally kicks into gear as you storm a castle. As a whole there’s not much surprise to be found, and in terms of what makes up a new place to explore in The Elder Scrolls Online it’s mostly cat and paste.
