A Womans Lot is an expansion or DLC of the game Kingdom Come: Deliverance and this must be purchased separately. In "A Woman's Lot" it offers a series of totally new missions independent of the central plot thread, although remember that in order to access these two missions it is necessary to have the base game installed in Steam's game library.
